Delivery Locations

Products are delivered to Australian customers only. Delivery is made to the shipping address that you provided during your order process.

For international orders, please email us at with your enquiry. Using the product information on the website, it would be much appreciated if you could the provide the product name with details such as options, colour (if applicable), quantity and country to be delivered to.



It doesn't matter what part of the Australian state or territory you live. The Wild Creatives will only charge the Australia Post weight fee to ship from our depot (or supplier warehouse) to the capital city of your Australian state or territory. So a parcel sent to Perth WA will be the same rate as sending a parcel to Kalgoorlie WA. This simple and fair delivery policy ensures you are getting the best delivery rate possible to that state or territory.

If Express Post is selected on check out an Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you after your purchase and the item has been posted. This tracking number can then be used on the Australia Post website. International Express Post only provides basic tracking showing when your parcel has been lodged and when it is delivered.


Estimated Delivery Time 

Due to Christmas deliveries please expect some added delays to shipping time. 

  • Melbourne - Approximately 3-7 business days
  • Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 3-7 business days
  • Brisbane, Perth - Approximately 3-7 business days

Please allow up to 12 business days for rural deliveries.

Please note that these are estimates and our local carriers Australia Post will endeavor to meet these on all occasions; however please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries. Any product that is made to order will take up to 3 weeks for delivery. 


Pick Up

Pick up is not available at this time, however our products will soon be available for pick up from our upcoming Newcastle pop-up shop;


Delayed or Lost

Unfortunately there are odd occasions when a delivery is delayed or lost. In these unforeseen circumstances we cannot be held responsible for lost goods relying on subsequent external services such as Australia Post. However, please email us at and we will do our best to track the item.
